Roasted red & golden beets on organic arugula dressed with toasted sunflower seed vinaigrette, topped with goats cheese, toasted sunflower seeds, & beet chips
2nd course Fried Zucchini Medallions paired with AVV Chardonnay
Panko breaded fried zucchini over grilled sweet potato puree & Texas peaches
3rd course Grilled Hanger Steak paired with AVV Cabernet Sauvignon
Served over a beef demiglace accompanied with a truffle potato cake
