Pork Belly - $12

Crispy braised pork belly served over scalloped potatoes topped with onion rings and The Oaks BBQ sauce

Gulf Coast Ceviche - $14 

Freshly caught seasonal Gulf fish marinated in a cumin vinaigrette served over guacamole & pico then topped with crispy leeks paired with blue & yellow corn tortilla chips

Grilled Spanish Octopus - $18 

4oz Grilled Spanish octopus served with Spanish chorizo, smoked Castelvetrano olives, papas bravas and finished with oregano aioli

Fried Eggplant - $8 

Fried eggplant fingers served with cilantro ranch aioli

Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps - $14 

Mushroom caps stuffed with lump crab and mixed cheeses with a bacon cream sauce

First Course

Classic Wedge - $9  

Iceberg, bacon, cucumber, heirloom cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, homemade buttermilk ranch dressing and green onions

Caesar - $8 

Crispy romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing topped with shaved parmesan cheese and croutons

Steak Salad - $12 

Mixed greens with red onion, stewed tomato, blue cheese crumbles and 4oz of Angus beef served with lemon-cumin vinaigrette

Lobster Bisque - $22  

Creamy lobster bisque flavored with sherry wine topped with goat cheese cream and garlic oil and finished with 3 oz Main lobster claw meat

Smoked Pork Rib Soup - $9 

Slow smoked pork rib soup topped with avocado, pico de gallo and tortilla strips

Fresh pasta stuffed with ricotta and lobster meat tossed in creamy lobster bisque

24oz Dry Aged Tomahawk Ribeye (shareable) - $125 

Seasoned and grilled over an open flame and served with Yukon mashed potatoes and grilled winter vegetables

Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - $28 

12oz bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin served with parmesan grits, roasted sweet corn, and topped with a chipotle balsamic reduction

8oz Fresh Gulf Coast snapper, blackened and served with organic quinoa and lentil pilaf and smoked tomatoes, finished with citrus burre blanc
